You'll hear from keynote speaker Erin Navarro with Volunteer Alberta about how to get the most out of your efforts to recruit and retain volunteers.
Erin (she/her) is the Senior Coordinator, Learning & Resources at Volunteer Alberta. She is a lover of dogs, hiking, camping and sunny weather. She has been involved in the non-profit/voluntary sector in several different capacities for over 10 years. She has over six years experience in volunteer management and has worked with a variety of volunteer teams, and thoroughly enjoys hearing people’s stories on why they like to volunteer.
You'll also hear from Blake Bartlett and Linda of the Wizard Lake Watershed and Lake Stewardship Association who will share their experiences, challenges and lessons learned when engaging and working with volunteers.
Following the presentations we'll have a Q&A with the presenters.
